Trade & Item Factions

There is a field to search for specific unique or set item (checklist).

Correct - currently only standard affixes can be searched, unique effects cannot be filtered.

No, you do not get the Favor back when you unlist an item. As you get reputation when you spend favor, which is when you list the item for sale, this would lead to a loop of list-unlist to farm reputation.

If there’s an MG Rank requirement on either the Exalted, or Unique item used to create a Legendary, that rank requirement is carried over to the Legendary. As it has a rank requirement, it cannot be sold.

It’s something we can adjust with feedback - though the power of Trade is not to be underestimated.

Everything sounds very good dev team GGs to you guys.

PS: Blizzard should have hired these guys

Wow, these choices just feel like: “Here’s all kinds of cool stuff, and modifications to how you play the game!!!”… or, “you can buy/sell items”

buying and selling is pretty busted tho … you can get exactly what you want when you want as long as you have the funds to buy it

in the video a player listed a unique staff for ~2500 favor and when unlisted it got back ~1440 favor.

The video was recorded prior to the latest version where it provided 50% favor. As mentioned, changes are still occurring, and specifics are subject to change with feedback. This was one of those things with the aforementioned loop.

Most exalts aren’t even worthy of picking up. Wrong/poor affixes, wrong bases etc.

Seems a decent way to circumvent the issue. However, you are not guaranteed to get the affix back with runes.

Love the system. Finally, an ARPG that fully embraces the SSF game play style and does not treat it like a hardcore mode. So excited for this.

I think it’s great and wonderful that you can sell items in the bazaar without being present (without having to interact with the buyer face to face). Here you surpass PoE clearly.

I am however not so enthusiastic about socialist/communist limitations to the market. Any player in the merchant guild should be able to buy or sell any item in the game at any time with the only limitation being the selling price.

Yea, let’s pretend it’s nothing special, so that we can swim in exalted items at least for a cycle
I don’t know the exact ratio, but with exalteds being 100 times rarer, than rare items, we will have 26 times more exalted items. Sure there will be plenty of good affixes on good bases.

I thought exactly the same about the campaign… But unfortunately I am one of those who rushes to monos ASAP  (I really enjoy the challenge of being a bit under-levelled, and the bonus XP is also fun)

I think you are complaining a bit prematurely. I don’t think there will be an issue at all, first because the ones you find are 99.9 % trash. Second, you can’t trade them so who cares really? /shrug

keep in mind that the quantity of items in general is supposedly to be nerfed by a good bit and then all of these buffs being added onto the new values … so it might not be that much different from right now
I do expect it to be a buff but not a huge one like people think it will be

It would be great to somehow target farm specific affixes for exalted items, of course using the CoF. Especially, if this could be combined with also targeting a specific base type (or item type).

I am not asking for a deterministic method, but an increased drop chance. It could work as a new system inside CoF, where you could modify the probabilities of certain affixes by paying with favours. Maybe the same system for bases ?

Any chance of bringing this feature for the regular loot filters? Please

i could be imagining things but isnt that already like part of the prophesy system? … like being able to target sets of affixes to have higher weights

The Bazaar search functions are intentionally more powerful than the loot filter.

I like the sound of this and kudos to EHG for trying something new.

CoF for this guy!

Maybe this helps?
