[SOLVED] Unable to load offline characters / play online characters

After a game crash yesterday evening, I am unable to load any offline characters. I can create new characters, but they are stuck at connecting screen.
I tried creating an online character, which can load, but I am unable to move or do anything except open menus. And this lv. 1 new online char had the skill bar of one of my high level offline char (an Acolyte with Werebear skills btw, funny)

I found a topic where someone had the same problem a few months ago :

After latest patch, I’m unable to load any characters offline. I can create new characters, but stuck at connecting screen. Online characters can load, but unable to move or do anything except open menus. I tried uninstalling and reinstall and still can’t load any toons. I also tried vpn, but same issue. Any suggestions?

I made backups and tried to follow this procedure, but it didn’t work for me. I still can’t load my offline characters nor play online.
I verified the game files integrity in Steam, no problem found.
I also tried to clear my DNS cache and to uninstall/reinstall the game, no changes, can’t load offline/play online.

Hope someone has any idea of what I should do …

“Enter game” button in character screen doesn’t work

I go into the game and can’t press the Enter button when selecting a character offline.
