Please give us ANY update on this problem…
I feel like no one cares and the people who have lost all their progress are just screwed.

That’s me done for the season I’ve already moved onto other games, hopefully those still waiting get something soon and EHG figure this out for future seasons.
Guess they are done with this issue and hope we quietly go away … sad to see. Another game for the shelf … should really stop buying games on release or any Early Access Games they always disappoint.
They are working on it, move on. Regrind on the character or re create a character.
There hasn’t been any new stash issues since update so they must’ve done something right.
The game was out for just a lil over TWO weeks. If you have so much unrecoverable damage done in only 2 weeks time, surely you can just spend another 2 weeks recovering the damage that was done. Or maybe, just maybe question the fact you spend more hours playing this game than an actual person who works on this game full time. It amazes me how toxic and salty people can get towards developers. They are normal people, working monday through friday. You should be thankful they fixed the game over the weekend.
And yes, i was struck by deleted stash aswell, did i move on 1000 years ago? Yes.
You contradict yourself saying “they are working on it” and “there hasn’t been any new stash issues since update”.
If you read this topic you know it’s not true (and there isan other one which i can’t find where it is, or even discord) the issue happened again since the update.
It’s a major bug which to our current knowledge still exists, the damage wasn’t repaired and they didn’t communicate on it. Simple as that it’s not being toxic and salty pointing that out and complaining on dozens of hours being lost. No one care if you have a job and can’t spend time on this game and you are the one being toxic here.
btw I enjoyed this game but left a negative review due to that bug and how it is/was handled. If it happened to an AAA game there would be a major shitstorm and for good reasons, and it’s too big to give it a pass it doesn’t matter if it’s “small indie company”.

Appreciate the the team and finding a solution to the issue. I just gotta say though as respectfully as possible, you guys really need to communicate with us better, I’m sure many people here agree with me. The issue for me personally wasn’t not knowing if the issue would be fixed, in the beginning yes. But more or less I just wanted to know what was going on. Getting answers from you guys is and I’m not saying it to be rude I am saying it because I’m sticking around and I want to see your team and the game succeed. However getting answers from any of you felt like an impossible task I felt invisible and got one response eventually and after that again with the silence. We have well here for starters. I sent an email which said it would take roughly 3 days at the latest to get a response and this was like 6 days ago and I’ve got nothing. Discord is at this point something I hardly even want to touch my issue or concerns get looked over and just ignored (because when you ask several days every opportunity you can it’s difficult to not feel ignored.) or I just get told to go to the news. The news didn’t have answers for us for 4 days at one point. The only responses you’d really get is you’d say what you have to, then be on a 15 min cooldown resulting in either get ignored or you get slandered by random people because they’re white knights apparently, although kind of confused what I did by just asking a question. I could continue but at this point I’m sort of just going on and I’m sure you get the point. EHG please do better. Thank you.
Have the devs acknowledged that this bug has been occurring after their hot fix? My character died Sunday and still lose all stash items. Are more recently affected charters also being restored?
I’ve lost all will to play this game since this bug effected me. All my gold, stash, guild levels materials gone. I hope once it all comes back I feel like playing again, I was really enjoying it, but wiping out all the stuff I played hard for and collected just ruined it for me.
Which stash is gone ? HC or SC ?
It’s normal that the items that you stashed in Hardcore stays in the same (HC) stash, even if an hardcore character dies.
But if you’re saying that you had items in your softcore stash that disapeared after a hardcore character died… then, yeah, I guess the bug is not fixed and that’s alarming.
Edit to be extra clear : If you play an hardcore character, put items in your stashtabs and then die, it’s NORMAL that the same character (now in softcore) doesn’t have access to those stashed items… he now has access to the softcore tabs instead of hardcore ones. If you then create a new hardcore character, you will have access again to those items.
Have you all seen what happened to DarthMicrotransactions? He went to delete a character, clicked on delete so the popup comes up asking you to confirm. When doing so it does not lock the character select screen underneath, he accidentally switched characters with the confirm window still open and executed his 85 hardcore. That hurt to watch happen. It is up on youtube.
In fact it seems there’s a lot of “pass-through” on the menus. When using the forge or checking inventory I find myself clicking “through” the interface onto the scene and my character starts walking around and such. It’d be nice to get that fixed someday.
Do we have an ETA on when this might be completed?
I am still missing all my items (Gold, crafting mats, inv, tabs).

Yeah… I don’t know. At this point I am inclined to assume nobody has gotten their progression and stash back yet? I sure dont have.
I would wait for the patch that should happen in the coming days and if they don’t manage to compensate with said patch I would ask again.
