Momentary screen freeze

Running an RTX 3080, AMD 7080x3d, SSD, 64G DDR5

Playing Dive Bomb Falconer. Whenever I pick up runes/glyphs or dive bomb a large pack I get a momentary stutter on-screen, maybe half a second +/- .25. Playing with default Ultra settings. Brought this up in chat and I’m not alone. Is there a specific setting I can change that will mitigate this freeze?

Currently, there seems to be a general issue with the performance of the game. You can see more here: FPS incredibly unstable after 1.0 patch

In my case, it helped to disable the second monitor/screen. This did seem to help at least for 1-2 hours. After that, the performance starts to drop again.
