Launch Trailer : Tombs of the Erased

Looks really amazing, worth the wait

Sugestion personally I would make those weave maps be possible to craft on before you socket them in to monolith web even though I know that u have a skill tree for that but still it would be nice addition
Second I would as well make them on top of being able to buy them through faction make them a random unique drop like unique woven echoe maps that is a lot harder and has specific objective and reward that would be really sick

Wow, WSDA , thanks :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

The description says it is just going to add/improve affixes the same as killing enemies would not be any new type of affixes.

Yea Havoc definitely better.

It has a dual-description. The second part is using the WW on it in the same way you would use it normally.

The first part is: ‘Transforms a small amount of remaining Weaver’s Will on a unique item to ‘Legendary Affixes’’
No clue what they are. That’s the interesting part there though. The second one is basically worthless.

Looks great. Now you just need Chris Wilson, I mean Mike, to answer questions on it!

Holy sh… Can’t wait, looks amazing, took time, but we’re almost there. Great job EHG!

Not completely worthless, in my opinion. I’ve ended up this season with a tab or two of unidentified WW items, mostly mid-range (like 15 to 20 WW). With a bunch of those runes, I could just spam and clean up that stash. No reason to think that those runes will be way more rare than what we already have.

But I agree with one of your previous point about runes : with FP being a very limited resource, I feel like Rune of Havoc (the one that swap the tiers) will not create a great result often. Maybe deep in the end game, when you have a good amount of items with T7+T6 but not the duo you want, I can see very sastisfying gamba. But it’s another way to brick items via Forging potential while this mechanic feels already pushed to its limits.

I think the three runes showed will be mostly for clean up stash tabs. If those runes are mid-tier rarity, I’ll spam them on the pages of exalted that I hoard for no reason (except fomo and sometimes procrastinating the sorting process). It adds a certain flexibility / accessibility to specific bases (boots with t7 movement speed for example) to craft upon… but it’s another slot machine with the FP.

Anyway, the trailer looks cool! Many exciting things, I’m sure I’ll have a blast. The only thing that I’m not a fan of is the respec mastery (it’s one less reason to reroll a character and I’m a reroll addict) but since many people wants it and it’s been such a commanding critical whatever subject. I don’t mind that much but I hope EHG will eventually offer incentive to reroll (like challenges, races and events) for people like me… players that wants to play more, not less.

Yeah, it was very urgently and critically commanded. I think that’ll become my personal respec meme from now on actually :stuck_out_tongue:

As for the Havoc rune… it’ll be on the top-tier end of rarity for sure, unless EHG wants to actively hinder their future implementation of systems. The power in that method of changing your items is massive, or to be exact… it’s the strongest available crafting item in the game. As a reminder… a common T7 affix with a T1 rare affix will cause you to get T7 rare affix item bases. Those are currently valued at 100+ mil on the market as a crafting base, making them the most expensive non-finished items in the game.
That rune makes them easily doable.

If it’s not a very very rare one then FP changes won’t be possible, and FP changes are now with the new implementations the one thing limiting the itemization system the most. It’s already been at the limit with 1.0 and the hefty influx of items for CoF as well as better availability through trade for MG, but now? It’s beyond the limits, it’s a decrepit system in the current state.

For the weaver one it’s reliant on those legendary affixes part… if that’s not ‘big’ then yeah, both are stash-tab emptiers at best. Niche function, not valued a lot, still doing ‘something’. Nice side-idea which isn’t detrimental long-term, but kinda a bit of ‘bloat’ as it doesn’t do anything actually meaningful.

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO! Putting in my PTO now. What an awesome weekend that is going to be.

That one supposed to reroll exalted affix? Crappy t7 on a head, body or relic → t7 skill affix crossfinger instead of instavendor

This is YUGE
Can’t wait

This looks so good with WASD, all the QoLs, Sentinel rework (which well needed, plz be good) + all the new additions. I can’t freakin’ wait. THANK YOU! :purple_heart:

Hype, QoL part was huge, can’t wait to play! LeLOGIN

I’m still in shock that they added the Mastery respec. Maybe now we will be freed from those word salad thread titles. Also astonished that a WSAD control scheme (even if a beta) is coming this soon, that’s an impressive turnaround time.

But really I’m most excited for the Runes of Havoc & Redemption. Redemption looks like the same odds as glyph of chaos gambling, but why not take a second shot at those double-exalted items? Sometimes a T7 & T6 drops and the exalts are just a bad mismatch.
Havoc as a way to aim for rare T7s is really appealing. How much forge potential it costs will determine how strong the rest of the item can be, of course.

Very excited for pretty much everything in the preview! And teasing a unique by showing “Reveal by attempting to equip” is very funny.

You and me both brother

Hah! I was really looking forward to his reaction today too!

Looking good!

Huge! Exceeded my expectations. Thank you EHG.

awesome can’t wait
