BUG : Shamanā€™s passive Protective Circle is not reflected even though I have checked the Has an active totem in the Condiions tab. Example - Shaman, Level 100 (LE Beta 0.8.3e) - Last Epoch Build Planner

Thereā€™s no bug in current implementation, because itā€™s just not implemented currently. Conditions from Condition tab apply to conditional stats, and this is not one of them, itā€™s a stat with ā€˜perXā€™ multiplier and itā€™s not handled in planner currently - well, thereā€™s no even any UI to input the number of active totems. Same goes for stats ā€œper minionā€ btw.
This will be implemented in planner eventually.

Could you please make the Endurance stat show overcap value? So if I have more than enough of %Endurance (more than 60% total) on my gear I can clearly see it? Thanks.

Note: not sure if this is a planner problem or not but when Iā€™m in the skills tree, after a time the page goes black and thereā€™s a little sad face in the upper left corner. It doesnā€™t seem to matter if Iā€™m in one skill for a while, go in and out, or come back after a short period of time.

Perhaps webgl context is lost due to lack of resources to render the view. First of all make sure that hardware localization is enabled in your browser. Whatā€™s your CPU/GPU? And did you try other browser, if you did ā€“ is the issue present there as well?

I was using chrome originally. I tried it with MS Edge and same blacked screen but no sad face. Note: you can still see the base screen in the background if you look but you canā€™t interact with anything. I tried MS explorer and I didnā€™t even get the ā€˜skills tabā€™ to open at all so I couldnā€™t test it.

CPU is minimal and GPU does not exist (this is not my regular computerā€¦). Not sure what you mean by hardware localization.

I meant hardware acceleration, somehow it was autocorrected. If thereā€™s no gpu, or itā€™s pretty basic, then thereā€™s no workaround unfortunately, because middle-tier gpuis needed for ui rendering. Thereā€™s a lot to render in these views, and if ram allocated for graphics runs out, these blackouts will come up from time to time :confused:

That would explain itā€¦I wasnā€™t expecting the site to be so graphics intensive. Iā€™ll just have to do it later.

Itā€™s a rare case when thereā€™s no gpu, so I decided to use generic approach and render via commonly used library. If there will be more reports like this in the future, I might add some sort of fallback to canvas rendering which is a bit less gpu heavy.

Suggested add-on for the build plannerā€¦

A bit left field re the general purpose of a build planner so I would understand you not wanting to incorporate thisā€¦ but how about a Quest Tracker component for the Campaign and Monoliths? Either built into the planner, or as a separate function on lastepochtoolsā€¦

My motivation for this is based on:

  1. the number of people that miss the quest markers and dont actually know where they are meant to go for side quests - this could help them by linking to the next quest/showing what they have completed/where to find that illusive passive/idol unlock.

  2. Keeping track of Monolith (or any other end-game) progress in a simpler wayā€¦ Right now you have to visit each monolith to check where you are atā€¦

  3. As EHG add more quests - especially optional ones that they have hinted at (i.e. you will eventually not need to do all quests to clear the idol slots for example) - the issue of keeping track gets a little more complicated.

Obviously server based Multiplayer chars might make this difficult (until EHG release an API or something) and of limited value long termā€¦ so its only valid right now and for offline chars in the futureā€¦

Just a thoughtā€¦

These are all good ideas. Iā€™m planning to incorporate quest tracker in some way, so this will be definitely implemented eventually. As for the monolith progress, I will need to look into this as well.

I have problems with the Build Planner on my Laptop. Iā€™m both using Chrome on my gaming pc and laptop but everytime i start opening the skill/specialization planner and put some points into one skill, after a few seconds the screen freezes, following up a short black screen and the planner crashes.
Planner works fine on my gaming pc and i havenā€™t changed anything in my chrome settings.

You can view uncapped in the tooltip now (endurance, resistances).

Iā€™d prefer Resists to go back to just uncapped, easier to adjust gear. Now, I have to constantly mouse-over each one to adjust gear, a real PITA.

Fair point. Reverted back to how it was, plus tooltip also displays ā€œCapped at Xā€ value.

Is there any way you can add ā€œChannel costā€ to skills that channel (at least the ones that channel by default, like Avalanche, Disintegrate, etc.) ?
