Evade needs an aiming option separated from the “Movement abilities” setting. The only currently available option that tries to differentiate those abilities (short range - follows movement) is unable to do anything in some cases like rampage or shift, since they are all considered short ranged. Having those skills follow only wasd/mouse instead of allowing one to aim by mouse makes it a lot less flexible and overall rather awkward to control.
Good thing you made a new thread about it. There were only 11 threads about this exact issue in the last 2-3 days, so now we have an even dozen.
