Add WASD movement preference - "only evade follows movement"

I’m really enjoying playing Primalist on WASD, with evade going in WASD direction, and leap slam going in mouse direction. I want the same behavior on Rogue with Shift, but Shift is classified as a “short range” ability, so there is no way to get evade to follow my WASD direction but shift to follow my cursor. WASD Fixes - Movement and Cursor Follow

WASD is pretty close, but has a couple of issues. Aside from the weird moving in place bug I mentioned in the support category, there are two things that should be adjusted to make WASD more usable. Add an option to decouple movement from the left mouse button completely. It’s frustrating to try to use an ability, slightly miss the mob, and then start moving. Keyboard controls - Evade movement controls separation

Evade needs an aiming option separated from the “Movement abilities” setting. The only currently available option that tries to differentiate those abilities (short range - follows movement) is unable to do anything in some cases like rampage or shift, since they are all considered short ranged. Having those skills follow only wasd/mouse instead of allowing one to aim by mouse makes it a lot less flexible and overall rather awkward to control.

i love the WASD function as it is. It works perfectly for me. Only the (old) movement picture on the skill bar is not necessary. I use a skill on LMB and evade on RMB. Interact on another key. WASD movement & travel skills

WASD feels great. One tweak that would be nice is the option to use Evade in the direction of your character movement and all actual travel skills, including ones tagged as Short Range, in the mouse direction.
