Imperial Era - Welryn Outskirts: graphics optimization issues

I have all settings at High and I play without any issues.
I don’t have too high temperatures and I don’t have drop frame.

But!
When I enter into “Welryn Outskirt” zone my GPU and CPU scream: “Nooooo please, get out of here!”.

The game starts to stutter and the temperatures (both CPU and GPU) hit over 80°.
It’s clearly an issue for this area, I think it’s a problem with the background landscape.

16 GB RAM
NVidia RTX 2060 12 GB
