Every time I log into the game my cosmetics reset and I have to re-equip them. It also happens when I load into some areas. I don’t know if this is also related but sometimes I can’t see the projectile of my heartseeker skill with or without cosmetic on. When I play with my friend he says he can’t see my cosmetics equipped on at all even though I have them equipped on my screen.

Same problem i have too, and The pets are also not to see, i must chose alls items and pets and the cosmetics too after login and by some aera change.
I’m getting this as well. Full reset when joining back into the game from desktop and only gear when going through some transitions.
This has been happening to me as well since launch. This is in online mode and doesn’t only happen on reopening the game- swapping between characters (not returning to desktop) also fully resets all cosmetics.
Currently having this issue as well, not only that but I also now have at least one cosmetic that I had equipped stating it is unavailable. (The Bloodwalker Evade skin) and requiring me to purchase it again. I’ve been kind of wary of re-equipping the rest of my cosmetics due to this bug, it’s a shame because I don’t see a reason to support the game and buy the new cosmetics if I can’t even safely use them.
Having the same issue as well after Season 3 Patch. It’s really annoying to equip all the cosmetics again and again…

I’ve searched their discord to see if anyone else has this problem and I’ve found a post from 19 months ago so its safe they didn’t even acknowledge this problem and its not getting fixed any time soon. -€60 I guess. Image of the discord post in the link.

Same problem here. Having to re-equip all my cosmetics every time is so annoying that I’ve stopped using them, which is a bit frustrating, especially since we’ve paid for them
Confirmed happens to me as well. Submitted in-game bug report. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Hello all, good news. I’ve fixed the issue by deleting the EHG file from appdata/locallow (make a backup for it somewhere jic). Steam cloud seemingly replaces the corrupted cosmetics file with a fixed version. Hope it works for u guys.
