Character Selection - graphics glitch

When launching up the game today it looked like this in the character selection screen:

Sysinfo:

I am running it on steam. Tried with Steam(native) and with Steam(runtime).
Changing Graphics setting from lowest to highest didn’t change it.
Switching from full-screen to borderless window to windowed mode didn’t change it.

Distro in use: manjaro-stable.

Another datapoint, I am using Linux Mint and NOT using Steam and seeing exactly the same thing.
