I’m not EHG, but my guess is that the fix will come with the next big patch in roughly two months.

Hey there… This was confirmed as a Linux specific problem caused by something in the 0.8.4 update. The devs have confirmed it and know about it here.… and here. Its not considered game-breaking so its probably on a low priority bug list right now…
They are a small team, and to be honest, I would rather they work on the game than have to respond individually to every forum post…
