You or I have no clue what the service agreements have outlined. And as you are probably aware, when working with a multi-vendor solution… the will be finger pointing knowing that there could be financial impacts.
You should also know, that smoke testing doesn’t aways flush out issues at scale. Your cloud service might scale perfectly, but the app/db side is usually the culprit.
I think this shit will only stop if half of the community is getting rid of this game and quit before it even started … sad old story with releasing new games and saving money at the same time
