Geuss ill go play helldivers 2 was unstable at 400k in the end hope you dont take 2 weeks to get it to be stable for only 150k.

Wasted 35 euro, on something that doest even work…

Kinda agree but dont forget that it’s also super hard to estimate the numbers of players willing to play your game, especially with a lot of hype and worldwide. You can use “early access” pre-sells to filter the number but they took the decision to do a global release and it’s way harder than it looks like.

Let’s see you jump human technology to make a server that can handle 300k people at once, oh you can’t because our technology isn’t that advanced yet? use your brain

4hrs later not 1 minute of gaming… i guess “LE-61 failed to matchmake” is an improvement from “online play unavailable…”

I like the game. I like the studio. But what they deliver here is amateurish. Especially if you go by this post. The numbers were known. Years of beta. The last two weeks have shown how big the rush would be, unless you’re completely stupid. And the storm is with 150k players, just a wind. This is all a joke

This isn’t even close to a ‘life didn’t go my way’ situation. This is a company, providing a product for a fee. I’m a consumer, paying a price for said product. This game has run just fine for months. They’ve made posts about how much they tested things. So whats the answer…Did they just not care? Letting a company know its unacceptable to make major mistakes, is how you allow a company to grow better than it was before. If we all just bury our heads in the sand and say nothing, expect things to continue to get worse and your money to mean less.

Tell me you don’t know how Servers work, without telling me you don’t know how Servers work.

That’s it, technology isn’t perfect, they’re going to solve this problem, it happens. I know we paid, but the workload for the patch was huge. I’d like to see you instead of the DEVs.

it is not a server issue, every single architecture today use autoscaling, for what they are saying, that the backend team is working on it, the issue is not hardware.
if i whould have to bet, i whould bet it is one of the components giving a time out, that is why we are getting the LE-61 error 1 second after we try to get into a map.
also, this is why they are saying they are investigating logs, if the issue were a hardware one, there is no need to look logs, you whould look metrics, but not logs.
