depending where you play , you will have 5-7 min loading screen or maybe crash and stay like me , since 35 min trying. No , I dont want refund , I want a server to play the game I payed for , thats all. I am doing on my main char only monolith cause on other places the loading is absurd
just try a couple of times. It happened to me after 3 error message I got in. Once you are in it works good.
guys only because something works for you personally it does not mean others dont have problems and if the overall reception is bad consider yourself lucky to play because some of us if not most cant. and all the guys who bought supporter packs please stop white knighting the game problems are problems if you like it or not

i tried logging in after your post. got online unavailable 3 times and on the 4th attempt i was in. Donât know what to tell ya, maybe i was lucky, maybe youâre not. eitherway iâm now in monoliths again having fun.

Iâve placed refund and if they decline I will mention the fact that they provided no questions asked refunds for The Day Before so Steam needs a firm stance on their refund policy, its either 2h mark or any refund amount time allowed under any circumstances, you canât have either way⌠Iâm tired of trusting developers for too long, been stabbed in the back far too many times.

I just found my magic wand and Iâm going to ship it to EHG. Oh wait! Thatâs not a thing. It takes time to identify and correct the issues going on. Well, I guess Iâll just wait. LOL

I asked for refund for a game once and i was told because I had played more then 30 minutes a refund wasnât going to happen with Steam so GL with that.
I was playing online fine till I decided to change my character and now getting that âOnline play Unavailble.â
I would stick to offline if they hadnât decided to remove the use of cosmetics in offline mode. My bigged pet peeve. 
You have been on this forum since Wednesday yet you missed my post I made yesterday thanking EHG for fixing the servers because I thought the issues were finally resolved, yea I guess you are not on forums often enough.

But they gave people refund for any amount of time played on Day Before when it had that disaster launch and people could not play, they need to make their refund stance clear, regardless like I said Iâll try Iâm sure if enough people request a refund they will start to use their noggin and realise its a big enough issue.
Comparing this game to The Day Before is so disingenuous. That game was a complete scam, this one just had a much bigger influx of new players that they werenât prepared for and theyâve actually made a lot of headway on the servers since 1.0 launch day. It ainât perfect, but its getting there. You can argue they should have expected more than they did sure, but I donât set my expectations as high for a tiny dev team compared to a big AAA studio
