This is so frustrating. Especially if you’ve been playing the game for months and now have to watch some Diablo 4 streamers playing the game and you can’t even get on the server yourself. Feels like the devs are laughing and slapping you in the face.
I understand that this is not a AAA company, even they have launch issues. What continues to baffle me is that there has been a massive influx of purchases, largely due to D4’s failures. This should have immediately alerted EHG/LE that there would be a HUGE server load on the patch release. Not accounting for this is poor planning and leaves a bad taste for everyone, especially newcomers.
This wouldn’t even be an issue if you could use your offline character online later.
Obviously we’ll all just have to wait but it’s too bad that this company couldn’t get it right.
try it 2025 again, 2.5h the same error and they fix other shit , this wont be done anytime soon, maybe if some streamers log off we can log in

Everyone talking about cloud computing and scalability as if it’s super simple. It’s so simple that even Microsoft, Amazon, and Google have trouble scaling their own services on their own infrastructure.
This is not an uncommon problem. Just be patient while they resolve things. You aren’t going to die because you didn’t get to play LE for a few hours.

My point is that EHG has already acknowledged what went wrong and been working to fix it, while people are making the same exact complaints as the person above them in the thread. What do you think you’re accomplishing by just raging on the forums?
I PAID for a product/service and if that product/service is not operating as intended, am I just expected to lay down and think it’s ok?
If EHG simply went radio silent, gave no updates, and no progress was being made towards the obvious issues, then I could understand blowing up the forums; I don’t understand the tantrum you’re throwing when they’ve been actively communicating with the community, and providing updates as they come.
YOU buy a ‘supporter pack’ (lol by the way) and think that gives you some special power.

my dude, there are almost no streamers in the online mode right now, and those that are havent even finished the 3rd quest because they cant go from zone to zone atm. You’re full of shit.

Almost 3h after start still don’t know what is going on with servers… NO patch to be deployed and fix at least partly. Epic fail. release for paid game. Not even close to GGG
