+x skills gear remove bug?

Hello!

When you equip +x skill gear - you get bonus skill point. You add that extra point to certain skill. When you remove that gear - you lost that point exactly where you added it.
But after some game time when you remove that gear - you lose those points in random place in skill tree.
For example: +1 Summon bear helmet- added extra point to “Rapid Thorns”. After some time - when I remove that helmet - I lost pint from “Winged Thorns”.

The place is not random.
It is chosen so that there is no OP influence on the skill when we change
