Wierd latency issue

Since today I am having issue playing longer than 5-10 minutes, if I stay in safe zones, my ping stays around 50ms, but once I go to any combat area killing some mobs for like 10 minutes, my ping starts going up beyond 10000ms…funny enough I can use chat just fine

Update for 0.9D, problem still exist but at least instead of endless halt of 10000+ ms, its a kinda consistent of 2 minutes desync at around 200 ms. Once it starts, I can still kill things, things still die on my screen, ping “remains” at around 50 ms, but damage numbers/loots/spell visual effect all occur like 2 minutes later as long as I stay in combat area, but the desync vanishes if I managed to drag myself back to safe zone(towns).
