I’m playing game for a long time, didn’t bother to check website often. I just logged in to see supporter packs, but i can’t figure out which one do i have. I do have some pets and points in game, i am also sure i got larges one on release as i loved the game. But i can’t see any badge available to pick.
Entire menu/profile is confusing for me. Anyone experiencing same?

Now after creating i can see Ardent Gladiator, but if i click on Badges i see this:

Not having played the game for a long time, you likely don’t have any of the current packs.
The ones you do have should show up on the forum, under badges, like you’ve seen.
If you think you have more packs that aren’t showing there, open a support ticket.
As for the 2nd question, I don’t think you can upgrade the ones you have. You can only buy the new ones.
You can see which ones you have 2 ways.
When you post here it will show the titles that are tied to the supporter packs (as @DJSamhein pointed out).
When you go to the store and select the Supporter Packs tab, it will say “OWNED” for the ones you own.

After checking, something is still wrong.
I do have in game all cosmetics from Ultimate Edition package, but if i click on Buy/Store, i see that i can purchase them again. This is either bug or something that made confusion for me .
I guess ultimate edition doesn’t have any Bedge so that’s why i can’t see any.
No, those are editions not Supporter Packs.
Just wondering why they don’t allow us to pre-purchase the supporter pack before the 17th.
Probably because they’re not in the game files yet.

Like he edited in the OP, just go to your forum profile and check badges. If you bought any, it will show in there, since all packs gave badges (that I’m aware of).
Also notice that, has been pointed out, buying deluxe or ultimate editions is not a pack. You should have the MTX associated with them, though.

There was misunderstanding with me. If you check shop on website, you can see if it’s owned. But once you check in game, you can see it there.
Another thing in Badges is, i have 0/2 as favorite, but only one visible. Few days ago i could see also some Badge i’ve got when i first posted long ago. But i can’t see it anymore. Maybe website is bugging out or something.

Can we get an official response to the question about upgrading the supporter pack?
I plan to buy the second highest tier when I like the new update and wonder if I would be able to pay 20€ more later on to upgrade if I want to? Because there’s no way I would pay another 59€ later on.

Bump, I’d really like to know the answer to this question. Like some others have said, if they don’t allow it, I’ll end up spending less.
It’s not upgradable. I bought the second highest supporter pack for 38,99€ and the highest tier pack would still cost me 58,99€.
So better choose wisely, upgrade would be a double investment.
