Into monoliths and the drops seem pretty thin again for certain affixes like before 0.9
Nobody knows but i find it pretty funny that these two threads can coexist

While my thread is specifically aimed at Exalted Items, @ExsiliumUltra seems to be directed at some affixes in general, which are two different things.
An easy example here would be Hybrid Health, that affix is vastly rarer than previously.
There are probably even more affixes that got slightly adjusted.

Agreed hybrid health is much more rare than it was previously. Understandable since it’s so powerful but definitely noticeable.

Do EHG have a history of publishing drop rate changes or is it usually not discussed?
No they don’t.
I think there were some very specific and singular cases of things like that getting mentioned, mostly when there was a bug or something.
But generally speaking they do not talk about that at all.
