I received a verification link in my email, I click on it, and it directs me to the game page. No notification that my email was verified. And then I again receive a message in the mail that I need to verify my mail and the link again leads to the game page and no mention that the mail has been confirmed. What to do? Will my characters be saved if the email is never confirmed?

I’m also interested in this. It’s weird and confusing as you click on the link it just takes you to the games website…no confirmation or what so ever…

I have the same issue and googled it. I found a guy that is waiting since 2020 for an answer to this problem. I dont wanna destroy your hope but i think they will ignore us all
