Username or Password is Incorrect

I am unable to log in anymore. Giving me the “Username or Password is Incorrect - error”.

After logging out to switch characters the game login went into a permanent “connecting” phase and after a few minutes I selected “cancel”. This continued for a while until I closed the game completely and restarted it. After restarting it began giving me the incorrect username/password error.

I have reset my password and continue to have the same issue.

Apologies for the slow response here. 0.7.7 is an old version of the game-- could you please try updating? I assume you’re on the Standalone client, in which case you need to make sure you start the game with “Launcher.exe” and not “Last Epoch.exe”.

If the problem persists, please provide your log file and we’ll take a look.

I am able to log in now yes… not really sure what changed, as I was inactive for a little while.
