Hey, Welcome to the forums…

Thanks for the logs…Unfortunately you didnt provide your system config & in-game settings so I am going to have to guess to try and help you…

I see from the log that you have a 2060 6gb GPU… Are you running the game on high in-game graphics settings? Reason I ask this is that LE is in beta and one of the main stability issues is related to the graphic settings… People with higher end systems tend to chose higher settings and unfortunately this makes the game very unstable…

The recommended first thing to do is to set your settings temporarily to 1080p, 60fps framerate limits, all in-game settings to very low or disabled and then test if things are still stable…

If they are stable, then increase the resolution to what you want to play at… Nothing else… If this is still stable, then increase the FPS ratelimit to what you can accept - do not leave it unlimited… If this is still stable, then increase the in-game settings - anything Medium and above starts to get unstable so if Medium works for you… dont go higher.

If these changes & testing dont work, then there is something else wrong… and there are other things to try but the graphics usually solve the problem for 90% of people.

ps. Everything above assumes that you have patched your OS, have updated drivers for EVERYTHING (not just your graphics card) and there are no underlying problems on your system.

ty for helping!

I’ve tried limit fps in game&background to 60. settings on very low. exclusive fullscreen.
Seems to be working now, played several hours without crashing.

@hx1942 Glad its working for you… Obviously once the devs sort things out, then you could try higher settings if you want - I’d test after each major patch update (not with every small patch tho)…

@EetaZeeba Hey… sorry you are having hassles… You problem is with launching the game so its different and obviously you cannot try the changing the graphics cause you cannot even get into the game… This should really be in its own post…

That said, a dxdiag would be good as it will show the system information AND crash information in the diagnostic section which will be specific to your computer not just the game…

I cannot really offer much advice at without more info (not a dev so the player log is a bit cryptic)… Only thing I can suggest is to make 100% sure that your machine is fully patched OS and that all the drivers (not just graphics drivers) are up to date on your system… Make sure Steam itself is updated and anything else you are running… Try temporariliy disabling or closing any other apps that you are running when you try and launch the game and see if that makes any difference. Disable any overlay apps or similar things…

(ps. Remove that Speecy file).

@vapourfire Thanks for getting back so quickly. I’ll go ahead and do a round of drivers. I think I might have overlooked my motherboard.

It will be a bit before I can gather that dxdiag. I’ll go ahead and make a new topic that includes that as well as a new attempt at a launch.

Glad its working…

Launching from an NVME drive takes me less than 25 seconds… It takes maybe 10 to 15 more secs to load a game when I select a char… Not sure on what you are using but an SSD wouldnt be much slower… and even a normal HDD shouldnt take mroe than a minute or so I would think…

The login screen may be delayed depending on internet connection speed/congestion, but I have rarely noticed a problem - usually only when there is a known issue (like the last problem with the Chat servers).

Good luck…
