Unique showed up with off-centered special characters in name when on ground

What went wrong?
A unique dropped and on the ground it had special characters and was off-centered. Was supposed to say “Quiver.” Really odd so I screenshotted below. After I put in inventory (it was Troaka’s Teeth) and dropped, it showed up as “Quiver” as expected.

Yeah, that’s a known issue with the loot filters emphasise option.
