Unable to connect to the game server

Hi Guys,

I’ve seen other posts like this one but did not want to be one of many to reply to these.
Just wanted to say that I have bought the game before multiplayer started.
Played for ~150 hours but a month ago started having issues logging in to my online characters.
It’s definitely not the internet connection as I have got stable 1000mbit internet.
Wrote to customer service and was told to provide Player-prev file which I did. I was told then that my case was passed onto a senior team but haven’t heard since even though I have asked for an update twice now…
I really love the game and would like to continue playing it, don’t want to leave bad reviews on steam or anywhere else as I really see bright future for LE.
I’ve heard that EHG needs to fix something for certain account and think maybe there is just issue with mine ?

Could somebody from EHG please respond to my ticket ?

I’m having the same issue with online play as well. I can only play for 10-15 before my character’s abilities can be heard but no animation or damage/effect shown. This has been going on for the past 2 days.

Pretty much can’t play online. I have zero issues with online play with any other game. I am able to play offline with zero issues.

Same issue here. Always disconnected when zoning on lower level characters, or when doing Echoes on my Lich. I just unlocked empowered and have yet to finish my first one, has disconnected me 9 times now, half way into the echo.

No issues with other games that utilize more traffic.
