Ulatri Cliffs - Regular crashing until Graphics drastically lowered

So far every other area is working on Ultra quality without problem. When I get to the final part of the Ulatri Cliffs where I have to defend myself the game will freeze and then crash. I’ve attached the files in the crash folder, the DxDiag file, and the graphics ini from when it was crashing.

I have tried going through on Ultra, High Quality, and Medium settings and each resulted in a crash. I had a FPS maximum set to 144 at one point but reduced it to 60 along with going to the lowest available graphics preset and was able to complete that section. Since the Ulatri Cliffs I’ve set it back to Ultra with a 144 FPS limit and have had no problems so far.

I should specify this is in the Divine Era when you first reach the Ulatri Cliffs that the crash was happening.

Hey, Welcome to the forums…

This is a known issue.

Playing the game on Ultra is known to cause issues with stability - even on monster systems like yours (did you have to sell your firstborn for that one? )… This is more prelevant on certain maps like Ulatri cliffs, Soul Wardens Road and even sometimes the End oF Time “town” and in more randomly in MoF maps…

Most users can drop it to Medium and the stablity improves dramatically. If you monitor your GPU usage, you should be able to tell if the 144fps is causing any issues (if its pushing your GPU over 80% then the advice is to lower the fps) but 144fps should be fine on your spec…

The general concensus for best stability everywhere in the game, is Medium and limit the fps (dont leave it unlimited)… resolution seems less of an issue on high end systems but obviously higher resolutions do compound the problem…

Until the devs give us more detail, it looks like there is something enabled betwen the Medium & High(er) settings that is the main culprit…
