Hi Last Epoch Support Team and Community,
I am experiencing a persistent issue while trying to link my Steam and Twitch accounts for Twitch Drops. Every time I click “Confirm Connection,” I receive the following error: “There was an error trying to link your account. Please try again later.” and the URL ends with ?error=AccountAlreadyLinked.
Account Details:
- Steam Account Name: I’m Batman
- Twitch Username: recklesschat
Steps I have already taken:
- I have logged out and logged back in on both Steam and Twitch multiple times.
- I checked my Twitch “Connections” settings and revoked any previous permissions for Last Epoch/Eleventh Hour Games to ensure a fresh start.
- I tried using Incognito mode and different browsers (Chrome/Edge) to avoid cache issues.
- I followed the “Steam first, then Twitch” login sequence.
Despite these efforts, the system still thinks one of these accounts is linked elsewhere. It seems like my account might be “stuck” in the database from a previous link that wasn’t fully cleared.
Could you please help me reset the link for these accounts so I can properly connect them and receive my drops?
