I can also confirm this works. For those of you that would like to know the exact process, make sure to:
a) Disconnect Last Epoch connection (manage connections in Twitch, its at the bottom under ‘Other Connections’ or something like that.

b) Then go to your Drops inventory and you will see the option to connect on each item (you only have to do it once).

c) Wait 5 ish mins and BOOM, Twich drops.

Same issue here I think I’m on my 3rd drop 2 capes and a pet and all say linked and nada

This worked for me. I didn’t log out of anything though, I just had to link both my Twitch and my Steam accounts to EHG. How is the Twitch Drop delivered? - #4 by Eronel

Same, linked my accounts. Have claimed 3 rewards and not received on in game. I only play online.

Has there been an official update/post about this? i’ve got two rewards from twitch i’ve “earned” and collected but can’t seem to find them in game yet.

Twitch Drops

I had the same issue with getting my Twitch drops in-game. I went to https://twitch.lastepoch.com/ and relogged into both Twitch and Steam on that site. I had done all the signing in previously and it showed that I was connected on Twitch, but still no drops until redoing all the logins. I immediately received my drops the next time I logged into the game. Today I made sure to relog at the site before I watched Twitch for the drop and received it immediately once I logged into the game. Hope…

I’ve posted this a couple of times, and it’s worked for others as well. Just try relogging into your Twitch and Steam accounts on the linked page.

Got the same problem. I’ve also opened a ticket in-game for this issue. Try to do the same.
