I am connected to both LE and Steam and still have not received my drops. Is this a delay due to the server problems or am I missing something??

I have the same problem, yesterday I watched for an hour and got a reward but the reward is nowhere in the game, today I watched the same for an hour for the pet but it is not in cosmetics either.
twitch and steam account are linked to avoid confusion.

I had no problems, yesterday and today. I got mine right away.
Make sure you play online, cosmetics aren´t available offline afaik.
I only play online, but here I am again in the game, but there is no reward.

I’ve got issues as well but in that I can’t even link my Steam account. I can link Twitch fine but I’ve tried multiple browsers and each time it just sends me back to the page with my Steam unlinked.
My only guess is that this page is being affected by the servers some how, so fingers crossed your (and my) issue resolves itself.

didnt get my rewards so far either. i think it might be connected to the other rewards and theyll be there til may the 1th.
this is the issue I am having. Cant link steam. go thru the process and it jsut says login again
I’m having the same issue as @SithLordBishop and @PromNightFetus . I can link my twitch account, but when I try to link my steam account, it redirects me back to the page without showing it as linked :S - Does anyone have any ideas? Is it due to server lag, or something else? Thanks!

No drops or stuff that has supposedly been given out after release has appeared for me. This includes the twitch drops. I connected LE and twitch already back when the first annoucements of the incoming twitch drops were made. Twitch also says its connected so all should be fine as far as I can tell.
Yet since this is the first time I get twitch drops for LE, i cant be sure everything is working right.
Like… when you buy or get stuff for PoE, all those items show in a list in your account.
i linked twitch but for some reason steam is not signing in
i singed into my steam account but its still asking me to sign into my steam account. any idea how to fix this

yup, same, cant connect steam, and i didnt forget to authorize it in steam app.
But can confirm it works. I saw a player with the twitch cloak today
same here! connected and everything. steam issue also applies. tried incognito mode as well, and it seem like steam log in is not recognized but remembered?

Make sure that twitch is your primary tab in the browser you have open. Technically, you can mute your browser if you don’t want to listen while you play LE yourself, but you have to have it open, as the primary browser tab for 1 hour, per drop.
