Yup same here claimed the pet guana 10 hrs ago, everything is showing linked to twitch/steam have relogged a few times and still not seeing anything in game.
also to clarify, i finished the drop and claimed it once it hit 100% all the other drops ive ever done have been in game immediately after i hit claim.
Same here, claimed the rewards , I am connected but I do not have anything on my char. Wrote to twitch, don’t have faith they will solve anything, mostly like I do not have faith EHG will.
Same problem here, everything linked, watched for the time required, claimed both drops so far, and nothing.

Not sure if you tried this but after you open cosmetics with shift +K, then click on one of the slots to see whats available to equip. I thought it was empty until I clicked.
im unable to get drops aswell. iwill try to reply here if it works for me at some point
How do you earn the Guana?
Same here. I’ve already given up on the Twitch drops. I tried to get the one cape drop but it never advanced despite me watching one of the streams for two hours and I was watching a streamer today with drops enabled and it doesn’t even register the Green Dire drop on Twitch. It just seems broken for me.
In the end, I’ve just decided to ignore drops.
by linking your twitch/steam here https://twitch.lastepoch.com/ and watching a stream with !drops enabled for an hour. then claiming it in your drop rewards and it will show up in game
I finally got mine to show up in game. I unlinked and relinked my twitch/steam and it showed up instantly
Was it only available during a certain time? I only got the one mantle. I guess the other 3 drops were during a certain timeframe.

Did you watch a Twitch live feed that had the drop enabled for at least 1 hour? Yesterday was for the iguana, today was for the Merchant’s Mantle, the first day was for the Mantle of the Prophesier.
I have both the Iguana & Mantle showing as claimed in Twitch, my Twitch & steam/game accounts linked but nothing in-game. Re-logging fixed it.
Yeah, I have the iguana and today’s mantle I just missed the first day’s due to Steam linking issues which I was able to resolve yesterday.
I have the confirmation both capes had been completed but I couldn’t even get the iguana to progress past 11% despite retrying most of the day.
I’ve also not received any of them.
Yeah. I forgot Thursday so I’ll have to try & remember to get it next week.
at 12 last night it switched from the guana to the merchant cape. on February 29th they are starting the drops over again for anyone who missed some. so you can get them then.
I haven’t gotten mine either. It’s hard enough just to log into the game and now no twitch rewards… Someone is dropping the ball!
I had the same issue with getting my Twitch drops in-game. I went to https://twitch.lastepoch.com/ and relogged into both Twitch and Steam on that site. I had done all the signing in previously and it showed that I was connected on Twitch, but still no drops until redoing all the logins. I immediately received my drops the next time I logged into the game. Today I made sure to relog at the site before I watched Twitch for the drop and received it immediately once I logged into the game.
