UI is broken. Try it yourself, move your mouse fast over equipment, items on the ground, skill bar with the compare option “ON” in game settings - it will destroy your FPS. Please, lets work together and make them notice this.

I’ve also noticed this. Personally it worked fine until patch 1.0.0d.
I get massive stuttering/hitching when i hover over new items on the ground

Whenever I open the skills menu my fps tanks, from 60 to like ~45

Same here. Probably why I get 40 FPS in this game in combat while I get 120 FPS in frigging Tarkov of all games.
Comparing items even outside of combat zones drops my FPS from 144 (limited) to 70.
