2023-03-14T23:00:00Z In a game with a friend online, the Immortal Empire quest is stuck. We spoke to the Outcast Seer, triggered the fight with “I’m ready” dialog but the mobs never spawn. Impossible to go further in the story.
I’m having the same issue 
, with the exception I managed to advance in the story by playing with a friend that was in the next quest.
nobody found a solution? i have same problem.
I am currently having this issue. Playing solo does not fix it. Been stuck for about a week now.
Moving to next area “The Fallen Tower”, fixed bugged quest for me.
