The Ghost Maker Causing Game to Freeze

Hi,

Am experiencing reproducible game crashes whenever I have the Ghost Maker equipped running a Torment Warlock build.

When I equip The Ghost Maker, after approx 5 mins (usually after I enter the second mono) the first time I cast Chaos Bolt the game freezes. Technically the game is still running but seems to be refreshing a few frames every 30 seconds or so. Eventually game client crashes after about 5 mins.
EDIT Have actually retested and the freeze is caused by Chaos Bolt.
First Mono works fine, game freezes in second mono as soon as I cast Chaos Bolt.

I have tried unequipping or switching to a different weapon and the game runs fine with the same build. Over an hour and multiple mono runs with no issue. Then switched back to equipping The Ghost Maker and game froze on the second mono after switching.

Playing in Offline mode.

i can confirm chaos bolt is the cause of crashing. i thought it was chthonic fissure but i crashed when directly casting chaos bolt. so when chthonic fissure casts chaos bolt is when im crashing too.

i tried reinstalling, changing hard drive, lowering graphics, going full screen, etc and nothing stops it
