I cannot play the game. If I use one of my old characters in Legacy, the game crashes, and if I create a new char in cycle, the game kick me off. I have uninstall and reinstall the game with the same result. Can anyone assist me please?
Try to verify your files with Steam and see if that helps. If not then I would recommend opening a Technical Support ticket.

You should use the in-game bug report tool. Even after crashing it still sends game data to the devs for them to figure out. You can access this screen even before choosing your characters.
That being said, it’s the holidays and your issue will likely not be looked at soon.
You can try to see if it also happens in offline mode (true offline, which is a setting you have to choose when launching the game via steam).
You can also try to fiddle around with the graphical settings to see if any of them is responsible, as well as making sure your GPU drivers are updated and all that.
Failing that, do what Travoas said and open a ticket.
