The character was rolled back for 9 hours

Hello, my character rolled back to 9 o’clock.
I played, came out, after a couple of hours, and the character is level 56, not 70, I do not understand how this is possible?how the cloud saves work…
I play on HC and stream, it will be very difficult for me to do all the same things again,do you have the ability to return at least the LVL of the character?

Hey, Welcome to the forums…

All the files are local to your machine - there are currently no savegames stored on an EHG server somewhere… EHG can do nothing to get your missing levels back as they dont have any files.

The only thing I can think of that may have caused this - other than the game crashing or not shutting down properly - is something like Steam Cloud Save or something else similar running that reverted your last epoch folder under AppData to a previous version.

I would suggest you disable Steam Cloud Save and make manual backups of your Last Epoch folder to have a copy of your savegames if something like this happens again. This will also protect you against the game crashing and not saving your progress properly or potentially corrupting your savegames.

I do this before playing & before launching after a new patch.
