The system requirements for LE are posted on the support site here.
I did a quick comparison of your system to the minimum spec on Userbenchmark.com
CPU - UserBenchmark: Intel Core i3-9100F vs i5-2500
GPU - UserBenchmark: AMD R9 270 vs ATI Radeon HD 5700
For the CPU you are only about 20-25% OVER spec of the MINIMUM required to play LE.
For the GPU you are about 125% under spec for a single card… As crossfile GPU scaling is not two cards = twice the performance, I would say that your combination is also at least 50% under spec if not more.
Imho, unfortnately your system doesnt meet the minimum spec for LE and its not really close enough either for me to say the game should be ok to play…
Your processor could probably handle the game at its lowest settings, but I doubt your GPU even on crossfire will be able to… The game will probably run, but I doubt its going to be nice to play and with the game still in beta and unoptimised when it comes to performance I dont think it will be very stable on your system.
