Sync strike’s Crimson Storm description or effect is wrong

Another skill perk bug - Sync strike's Crimson Storm

Each point in Crimson Storms gives you one crimson stack, always lasts 3 seconds, but the tooltip gets one second per point investment instead. I think the description has been changed? The way it actually works is what I remember.

it says gives you 1 second of Crimson Shroud but it lasts normal 4 seconds (1 point invested)
