Swarmblade Form - Locust Master. This should summon locust while Armblade Slashes are on cooldown. It doesn’t summon anything on when on cooldown.
I can confirm as of patch 0.9h Locust Master is still not working as written. It does put the skill on cooldown for 8 seconds but while on cooldown, it does not switch to summon locusts. There have been posts about it since December 2021 please look at this skill node.
I think I am experiencing this same bug now then. I was trying to work out why this wasn’t working and it led me here…
It just doesn’t seem to work. The armblade slash goes on cooldown but there doesn’t appear to be any way to actually summon locusts.
