Stuck on "Please Wait" after log in!

Hello, I just re downloaded the game after formatting my pc and I can’t get past the login screen. After typing my username and password the game gets stuck at the infinite “Please wait” screen.

I tried looking for help in the official discord, but no answer so far.

You dont really provide any detail … so some questions:

  1. Are you using Windows?
  2. Are you using Steam or are your using the EHG Standalone client? If you are using Steam, can you try the EHG client and see if it does the same?
  3. Can you verify your account on EHG? https://lastepoch.com/player/account/overview
  4. If you are using Steam - is it linked to your EHG account?
  5. If you are using Steam - can you verify the game files?
  6. As you just reformatted your system - is there any firewall configuration that is preventing LE from getting access to the internet?

Hello, I managed to make it work by verifying the files through steam twice.
