Stuck at login screen

I am stuck at the login screen. I click the “play online” button and nothing happens. It just keeps loading.

I tried reinstalling the game, and that worked for me. Try that if it’s still bugging out

I had the same issues, but disabling my VPN fixes the issues. Hopefully this works for you as well, & EHG patches this issue asap.

same here but i go to character select screen i press enter game and nothing happens just stays there did everything reinstallation , redownloading , file verify , everything possible and its still the same , online mode , offline mode , true offline mode , all modes same issue

Same problem, getting an L-65 error after a minute of trying to load.

I had the same issue. Download the Cloudflare Warp VPN. I switched the protocol to HTTPS. Restarted my PC, and for the first time was able to connect to the game servers (just like 2 minutes ago).

just found a workaround for me:
use proton vpn free version, set it to netherlands , works now
