Stuck at End of Time Loading Screen - SurfShark VPN

I’ve been able to isolate the issue and find a workaround, but I’m curious if there is a way for this to be fixed.

When I try to play the game with my VPN (SurfShark) connected I can log in but when I select my character I get stuck at the loading screen for The End of Time. This does not happen when my VPN is turned off. I’ve added Last Epoch to the bypass list for the VPN but this does not help.

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed serverside or if I will just have to live with it. I don’t love having to disable my VPN to play the game.

I have the same issue when using a VPN (Nord). Can log in, select char then get stuck on endless loading screen. End up having to turn the VPN off to play the game.
