Steam launch options not available

I don’t know if there’s a setting in Steam that needs to be enabled to see the launch options mentioned elsewhere but they’re not available for me.

Steam

I’m not having any issues getting into or playing the game offline via the in-game login screen.

Playing on Linux.

Clearly this is not a high priority.

Edit: Adding --offline to the launch options in Steam does force the game into full offline mode but even after restarting Steam the options are not shown.
