Bam got it!
had to disable the family share on my steam then log out of both steam and epoch then did the process over according to the above instructions. once i got my key i did the add a game which said i already owned the game and now i can play!!!
just an update on my previous post.I was able to download on client server but still I cannot log-in and stuck on log-in screen.Same issue on the Alpha version.Want to play it in Steam instead but unable to retrieve Steam key.For the love of god devs,please do something about it.Or maybe we can get a refund and buy it directly in Steam instead.
