Hello, I had quite a bit of stash containing a lot of unique, idol and craft parts from 300k + gold arena keys not to mention shards and everything was gone. A few hours ago (3 to 4 hours approximately) I had everything intact and now nothing.
My characters not moved nor their equipment but everything else if, what can I do to remedy this?
Same here. I only have 6 tabs now, mostly empty. Checked it on multiple chars.
Not sure if i should continue playing or wait until it fixed.
I hit 10.000 shards a few days ago. Right now i am back to 800. The few bits of loot in my stash seems to be loot i got when i started playing this game a while ago.
before an answer I stop just so as not to do bullshit, even if it bothers me a lot not to play ^^
Are you all updated to 0.7.9e? It should have fixed this.
Yes, but it’s still the same nothing. I even have the impression that it is this patch which made everything bug, since it was DL just before my connection a little more than 3 hours ago

And i run the game as i always do. Same shortcut, same executable. Also on my side nothing has changed. Hardware or setup/OS wise. Nothing has been installed since last proper operating stash.
It didn’t fix it for me it created it.
I am only logging in every few hours now to check if it has been solved. Because i am afraid to create more problems if i gather stuff now. I rather not mess up the chance that i get the stuff back. I played at least 12 hours daily the past time. it’s hard 
I just lost my entire stash too. About 10 tabs worth of stuffs.
This game is so fun though that starting from scratch is kind of exciting lol.
Wondering if anyone else has had this happen? It looks like previous occurrences were supposed to be fixed by 0.7.9e but this happened to me and a couple others with the 0.7.9e patch. Sounds like it was not recoverable, which is a little odd to me since I thought information was saved on Steam servers? Or is that the reason why it can’t be recovered?
At this point, I’d just like to get a little info on how reliable the “saved” stash is, or if I should start saving items on mules to be safe.
For my part, I no longer put a craft object in the stashes I keep it on my characters while waiting for a response, the most annoying is the loss of shards (without taking into considered the investment of golds put for the stash tab)
Yeah I agree, I had so many shards so re-starting from scratch has been a little rough. I also had like 200000 for gambling too. I had a hoarder problem with idols so I had like 6 tabs full of them too lol. 3 tabs of uniques, 1 of set pieces. No more twinking kinda hurts on a new character.
Just to close this off. Support folks were not able to figure out what happened to my stash/loot.
The good news is it sounds like since the save files are saved locally (and then uploaded to Steam), you can simply create a backup of a known good save file and then copy it back if you discover the same issue. I haven’t actually tried this yet so proceed at your own risk lol.
