[SOLVED] New PC build, Fresh Windows and Steam install. Getting LE-51 for online and can't even play offline

There’s not much more I can add other than I have verified install file integrity. This was a fresh install for this system.

EDIT: Solved.

I had to disable Cloud Sync in Steam and then remove the Saves folder for offline characters apparently. The Saves folder is located in C:\Users\(YourPCUsername)\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch. Rename, move, or delete the folder altogether if you don’t care about offline characters.
