You have a great game in the works here, but ALL the fun is sucked out with the constant rubberbanding and lag. I have died many times because things are not where they appear onscreen, even in single player!
When I try and play with friends the lag is random zone to zone. Sometimes its on my, sometimes on my teammates end, but someone is constantly getting it. This really ruins the fun of this great game!
My friends and I have had to quit playing recently because this has become so bad. Multiplayer is horrible but single player isn’t much better. The stuttering and rubber banding have kept me from playing solo even because it’s triggering motion sickness at this point.

I’m quitting the game after 84 hours due to this rubber-banding lag in empowered monoliths constantly killing me. I’m a static orb sorcerer, and sometimes I get low fps from big group explosions, but this lag is different. It can happen fighting a single mob or dozens, casting loads of spells or just running around. Sometimes a whole monolith is fine, then the lag kicks in and I die to the end boss. Sometimes it’s always there and drops in/out every few seconds and I can get to the end.
This used to happen every few sessions, but now it’s every few monoliths, and there’s only so many exalted reward nodes lost to this I can take, so I’m stopping until it’s fixed.
I have the same issue while playing with friends from another location.
Playing normally in US East with no issues. I was able to play with my friends in EU West before patch 0.9.1. Now it’s impossible to play together, I get systemic huge lag and rubberbanding as soon as we enter a monolith area.
Latency is ok (around 100ms for me playing from Canada to EU West), but as soon as we start playing it’s literally impossible to play. I’m stuck inside animation, constant rollback etc…
