The tooltip damage of Shield throw changes rapidly between two values when a Grand Solar idol with the burning affix (Chance of +30 fire throwing damage with shield throw) is equipped. The change is continuous and the total effect looks like a flickering.
Found a bug report from September 2021 (Shield Throw tooltip damage swap with +X% Chance to deal 20 fire damage) and this is the same issue, not sure if it has been fixed and is a regression or is still in the backlog. Anyways is very annoying when trying to compare two items and see how it affects the dps.
