If you change launch parameters in steam you can do full offline mode regardless of updates and anything else.
Just gotta keep spamming login till it eventually lets you in, failing that we gotta go touch grass Yuck lol

we all have trouble getting in but streamer are playing it perfectly fine Come on LE same thing happen to Season 1
But you knew that after the failed POE2 patch, a lot of new players would come to you 
Although I understand that no matter how much we plan, something will still fail.
most streamers are from NA East, it works much better there

Just restart the app and try to login, if you fail exit and try again. Worked for me just now.

Server load and connectivity issues at launch of a new Expansion, Season, etc. are EXPECTED. It has been this way for 20 years. If you assumed otherwise, you are naive.
And no, they cannot just get better/more server equipment. The reason is, after a day, if even that, it won’t matter, and be wasted overhead.
