Maybe if people stopped spamming the discord with nonsense so they couldnt see any actual pertinent information you’d be able to talk freely there. Unfortunately, people like you would rather spam than actually do anything helpful.
The devs of this game have been communicative the entire time, theyre a little busy trying to actually fix the unexpected issue, I can imagine theyre pretty well all hands on deck. Their community moderators were and are probably swamped. They dont need dickwads spamming them over the same shit 500000 times and not helping the matter, I dont blame them in the least for reducing the number of things that need moderating by limiting spam.
If you dont like it, there are lots of ways to deal with it. Including leaving (do feel free).
You even took the time to come to their forums to whine about it and say theyre like NK. You, buddy, are exactly the kind of person theyre preventing from spamming and yelling slurs and shit during these already difficult time. YOU and people like you are why things are being controlled the way they are. You coming here to say the same shit you’ve probably been yelling in discord is the cause of the problem youre whining about! Enjoy that thought

It’s been getting a lot better. I couldn’t log in at all on Wednesday, could eventually log in but couldn’t zone to town Thursday, had long load times into towns Friday & better load times today. All UK peak hours (7pm - 10pm, plus some this morning).
Saturday evening? It was better than Friday evening. Touch wood, Sunday evening will be better than Saturday evening.
Take them to court then, I would be genuinely, noon-sarcastically interested to hear what happens.

In all honesty, i looked at the Discord - and it is still a cesspool of people b’tching and moaning about the game, attack other people who enjoy or wanna enjoy the game, and hold it agains them, and also people who than jump on this people necks because - well they stirr drama.
So i dunno ‘how’ you can be ‘banned’ for censorship, if there are more enough people who sh’t on LE in the discord because they can’t play?
And the Problem is, that quite often in my personal experience and that’s why i was even sceptical before i checked discord after reading this topic, that people who often open up this topics are either very delusional or ill-intended. Want to stirr up drama / make up sh’t because they want to make the ‘company’, the ‘devs’ or the ‘community’ pay… OR just don’t see / understand as emotional&heated up they’re, the tone is important too. And that’s not just straight insulting or threats, that’s the general tone, if you go overboad on this, it needs to be moderated, and that not just for the sake of Devs, but also for the community and players as well, which just are sick of people being overly toxic.
I get and understand people are frustrated with the situation, and they want to express they’re unhappy with it. And i do - in a general sense, agree with that. BUT do it in the right places, and do it in the right way. And i’m gonna be honest, for my taste the whole moderation - both on this forum but also on discord is even way to soft. That’s why i consider a break from both like a 2 or 3 weeks and hope that it cools down and certain individuals - which seemingly just are here (and by this i don’t neccessary mean the OP - but rather 1 or 2 faces which you see in many threads) to be toxic / hatefull / stirr drama, get bored and move on to the next game they can pull off that sh*t or go back to their game where potentially could be a fanboi-bias behind. So i really can’t see how you would call this ‘censorship’ and even compare it to NK and such, but okay.

i cant even give a fair evaluation of this game since i can barely play it… been looking at a load screen for an hour this go round. crazy. The “we didnt expect this many people” is getting very old with every company. You had over a million pre-orders, you expext none of them to try and log in?

I would call that derogative name-calling. Your first sentence already set a mood. If you want a civil conversation about existing problems, I advise that you edit yourself. You’re writing in a forum, you can calmly read through your text before hitting the “send” button, and consider if it matches your intention.

The closest I could find was that they called the 150k CCU within the first 20min of launch … humbling
Make of that what you will, but to me, it sounded like they didn’t even have time to respond to any issues, server just instantly got bombarded and set on fire by people wanting to play.
I recking they picked the launch time as a good start for EU load, then transition into US addition in the late afternoon. Using today’s user data on Steam as reference, that just didn’t happen.

I contested the guy I replied too.
I worked in test and validation for SIL4 software (train automation) and know that sometimes you can have tested it all in factory and on site, have it certified by an external company, but then some critical bug occurs nonetheless and people have to commute with the older trains again while I had a few nights with minimal sleep.
I won’t give EHG heat for these problems without having detailed inside knowledge.

I’m also awaiting judgement untill Judd gives us the “after-action report” he mentioned in an earlier post this week.
It would be good for the industry as a whole to learn from this, and some clarification could give us nerds the appreciation for their work they (potentially) deserve 
I can understand that the players feel frustrated.
But I know that the folks from EHG are a magnitude more frustrated right now.
