Apathy is usually the result of bad working conditions or prolonged exposure to negativity, imo. One can deal with that kind of stuff only so long.
I was impressed with the No Man’s Sky guy, who told his employees to stay off the internet and assessed all the heated mails himself, and managed to turn things around.
I completely missed out on Wolcen - both the game and all the drama surrounding it.
